4.5. The team contacts the winner.
4.6. The prize is delivered worldwide for free.

5. Refunds
5.1. A refund is available before the series is completed.
5.2. Tickets linked to a refunded payment are cancelled.
5.3. No refunds are available after the winner is announced.
