Limits and packages
What are the limits for RUB payments?
RUB payments: TMCELL — 20 to 500 TMT; TTelecom / TürkmenTelekom — 20 to 500 TMT; ASTU / ASTUint — 20 to 500 TMT; Belet IPTV — 20 to 60 TMT.
What are the limits for other currencies?
USD, EUR, TRY, CNY, KZT and other supported currencies: TMCELL — 50 to 500 TMT; TTelecom / TürkmenTelekom — 50 to 500 TMT; ASTU / ASTUint — 50 to 500 TMT; Belet IPTV — 50 to 60 TMT.
Can I top up more than the maximum limit?
Yes. If you need a larger total amount, you can place and pay several separate orders. The limit applies to one top-up order.
Which TMCELL GB packages are available?
Three packages are available: 1.5 GB / 1500 MB — 60 TMT; 4 GB — 160 TMT; 20 GB — 200 TMT.
Does the price in RUB, USD, EUR and other currencies change?
Yes. The payment amount is calculated using the current exchange rate and is shown before payment.

What is TMCELL?
TMCELL is the brand of Altyn Asyr mobile operator in Turkmenistan.
What is TTelecom?
TTelecom is TürkmenTelekom, the main internet provider in Turkmenistan. Many customers call it WiFi.
What is ASTU?
ASTU is Aşgabat şäher telefon ulgamy, the city internet and phone provider in Ashgabat only.
What is Belet?
Belet is an IPTV service with monthly subscription payments.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
No. We currently do not accept cryptocurrency.
Personal account
Is registration required?
No. Registration in the personal account is not required. You can place a top-up order without registration.
Why should I use a personal account?
It is useful for regular customers: you can view order history, check statuses, repeat top-ups and manage profile details.
What is shown on the personal account home page?
The home page shows active orders and recent completed orders. If there are no active orders, you will see that there are currently no orders in progress.
Can I repeat a previous order?
Yes. Order history has a Repeat action, which is useful for regular top-ups to the same number or account.
Where can I see order history?
In the Orders section. You can search by order number and view service, number, amount, status and date.
What are bonuses?
In the future, the personal account may be used for bonuses from your orders. This is why registration is useful for regular customers.
Lotteries
What are Terbium.Pro lotteries?
Lotteries are an additional promotion for Terbium.Pro customers. You can choose to participate during checkout if the option is available.
Is participation required?
No. Participation is fully optional. You can place a normal top-up without tickets.
Where can I see current lottery terms?
Current terms, prizes, series and ticket prices are available at https://terbium.pro/prize/.
Why are ticket prices not listed in the FAQ?
Prices and terms may change from series to series, so the current information should be checked at https://terbium.pro/prize/.
Where can I see my tickets?
If you are registered and logged in, your tickets are available in the Lotteries section of the personal account.
